This is an exciting and unique opportunity to develop the community fundraising and donor engagement function of Search, a small voluntary organisation based in the heart of the west end of Newcastle that works specifically with older people.

An empathetic and understanding nature will be a distinct advantage as you must feel passionately about the work that Search does

We are looking for a friendly, enthusiastic, self-motivating individual who has experience in community work and the fundraising sector. The successful candidate will have the ability to work alone and the confidence to lead others in this work. Skills in engagement and relationship building with donors, both corporate and individuals, are essential.
