There are groups for everything from knitting to tango.

As part of our drive to see more activities for older people in the outer west of Newcastle we are creating a new exercise group.

The Gentle Exercise in Walbottle group commences at 1.30 pm Friday 10 November for 5 weeks in Walbottle Village Institute and runs weekly until Friday 8th December. The class is for one hour followed by refreshments and costs £1.50 per session. No booking required just turn up.

It will then recommence in the New Year for another 5 week period and hopefully will continue into the foreseeable future!

If you need more information please ring Frances on 0191 273 7443. Walbottle Village Institute is based at the Green in Walbottle, NE15 8JE.
